Event Security in London

Every event is different: the venue, the audience, the timings and the risks all shape the security it needs. Event security works best when it is planned with the organiser rather than simply added on the day.

We review the details of your event, discuss how entry and crowd-facing duties should be handled, and propose cover that fits your plans and budget.

Typical settings

  • Private parties, weddings and celebrations
  • Corporate events, launches and conferences
  • Community and cultural events
  • Concerts, live music and club nights
  • Outdoor and festival-style events

What the role can include

  • Entry management, ticket and wristband checks
  • Bag searches where required by the organiser
  • Crowd-facing presence and monitoring
  • Protecting restricted areas, stages and back-of-house
  • Responding to incidents and supporting event staff
  • Assisting with safe exit at the end of the event

Exact duties are agreed with you for each assignment.

What to consider before you enquire

These details help us propose the right cover. You don’t need all of them to get in touch.

  • Event type, date and start and finish times
  • Expected attendance
  • Indoor, outdoor or both
  • Number of entrances, exits and access points
  • Any venue, licensing or event safety plan requirements
  • Whether alcohol is served and any specific risks you are aware of

From enquiry to assignment

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

Send a short enquiry with the location, dates, hours and type of security you have in mind. If you are unsure about numbers, we can advise.

  2. We review your requirements

We look at your enquiry and our availability, and come back to you with any questions.

  3. We discuss cover and a quotation

We talk through the proposed duties, staffing and hours, and provide a quotation.

  4. Everything is confirmed first

Details and arrangements are agreed with you before the assignment. An enquiry on its own is not a confirmed booking.

Events & Festivals: common questions

How far in advance should I enquire?

As early as you can. It gives more time to discuss the event and confirm availability, although short-notice requests can still be considered.

Do you need our event safety plan?

If you have one, it helps. We may ask about entrances, capacity and timings so that the proposed cover fits your plan.

Does sending an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. An enquiry tells us what you need. We review it, discuss the proposed cover and quotation with you, and an assignment is only confirmed once the details have been agreed with you.

All services are subject to availability and the requirements of each assignment. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; details are agreed with you before any assignment.
